“Carnivorous Capitalism” by Francesca Grazioli wins the first edition of the Science Book of the Year Award, marking the end of the annual science festival, Trieste Next.
The first edition of the Science Book of the Year Award was won by Francesca Grazioli, with the book “Capitalismo Carnivoro” (Il Saggiatore, 2023). The recognition, promoted by ItalyPost in the tenth year of Margherita Hack’s death, aims to encourage editorial productions that describe and analyze the world of science, both from the point of view of research and that of dissemination.
The award was the novelty of the 2023 edition of Trieste Next which finished on Sunday in Trieste.
